How your list grows and hears from you
- 1
People join
A free product for an email, or a box checked at checkout. Every free-product address is confirmed from its own inbox.
- 2
Sequences welcome them
A welcome when someone joins, a few emails in the days after someone buys. Each person goes through a sequence once.
- 3
You write when you have news
To everyone who agreed, or only to the buyers of one product. Now, or at the time you choose.
What every email carries
- Your name, your repliesEmails go out under your name, and replies come to you.
- One-click unsubscribeIn every email, and in the header mail apps use. Whoever leaves is never written to again, whatever a later import says.
- Your postal addressIn every email, as US law (CAN-SPAM) requires of commercial email, with a line on why the reader is getting it.
- Your list is yoursDownload it as a CSV any time, from any plan. Bring one in from a spreadsheet, up to 50,000 addresses a file, confirming each time that those people agreed.
- Announcements to your communityA post in your community can also go by email to the members who asked for it, counted in the same monthly emails.
- One email that asks for a reviewSwitch it on and each buyer is asked once per order, 3 to 30 days after buying, for an honest review. Counted in the same monthly emails.
- Drafts your team can writeUp to 20 drafts per store. An Editor writes one; you or an Admin reads it and sends it.
What creators send
After the free guide
Three emails over a week that end with the product the guide was the first step of.
After a purchase
How to get the most from it, and a word about the next thing when they are ready.
When something is new
A launch, a new season of the plan, a date for the next cohort.
What it does not do yet
- Emails are written, not designed: text with links and lists, no images or templates.
- No A/B tests and no open or click counts.
- During the free trial a store sends up to 1,000 emails; the full 50,000 opens with the first payment.
- Up to ten sequences of up to ten emails each.
Questions about email
Why is email on Pro and not on the $29 plan?
Because every email sent costs us money, and the $29 plan is priced to cover a store, not a mailing list. Stan puts email on its $99 plan as well — read on its pricing page on September 20, 2026.
Can I import the list I already have?
Yes, on every plan, from a CSV file of up to 50,000 rows, as long as those people agreed to hear from you. You confirm that each time, a consent column in the file narrows it further, and anyone who unsubscribed here stays unsubscribed. Nobody is emailed because of the import.
Can I email people on the $29 plan at all?
Your list downloads as a CSV on every plan, and on the $29 plan your store can send the people who agree straight to your own Mailchimp, Kit, beehiiv or MailerLite. Writing to them from Nimbus is what Pro adds.
Pro, when you are ready for it
Pro is $99 a month, or $948 a year, with everything on the $29 plan. Start on either, try it free for 14 days, and switch from your studio whenever you like.
