Connected in a minute

    From your own account on the platform. It is checked with the platform, encrypted and kept; your studio shows only its last four characters.

    Free sign-ups, buyers of every product or of some, and up to three tags per product — groups, on MailerLite.

What it respects

  • Only people who agreedA free sign-up who checked the box, or a buyer who checked “Also send me emails” or agreed on Stripe's page. Anyone else is never added, whatever the setting.
  • Unsubscribed stays unsubscribedMailchimp and beehiiv never resubscribe someone who left, and MailerLite is never asked to change anyone's status.
  • Tried againWhen the platform does not answer, we try again over about forty hours, seven tries in all.
  • A log you can readThe last 50 people, each for up to a week, with what the platform did, or why someone was not added.
  • An email when it changesYou are told when a platform is connected or disconnected. Disconnecting deletes the key.

What it does not do

  • One platform per store at a time.
  • It only adds people. An unsubscribe or a change on the platform is not read back, and nothing is removed there.
  • People who joined before you connected are not added: download your list as a CSV and import it there.
  • Only an email address, a first name when there is one, and tags are sent: no order amounts or other details.
  • Other platforms can be reached with webhooks and Zapier, not built in.

Do I still need Pro?

No. Connecting a platform is on every plan. Pro is for writing to your list from Nimbus itself.

What starts on the platform?

Whatever you set up there. On Kit, people are added to the form you pick, which starts what you attached to it.
