How to connect a tool

    Add an address

    An https address, and the events it should hear. Its signing secret is shown to you once.

    Send a test

    One press sends a test message, and the delivery log shows what the address answered.

    Let it run

    Each event is sent when it happens. Those read from your Stripe account can take up to about five minutes.

Seven events, and how they arrive

  • sale.completed and refund.issuedA paid checkout of any product, each one-click offer taken after it, and a refund, even one made in your Stripe dashboard.
  • membership.started and membership.canceledA membership bought, and a membership set to end or ended.
  • lead.capturedSomeone confirmed their address for a free product.
  • call.booked and call.movedA call or a seat in a session booked and paid, and a booking the buyer moved.
  • SignedEvery message carries a Nimbus-Signature header: an HMAC-SHA256 of its time and body under that address's secret.
  • Tried againWhen an address does not answer, the message is tried six more times over about forty hours, then marked failed.
  • A log you can readYour studio keeps the last 50 deliveries, each for up to seven days, with what the address answered.

What it does not do

  • There is no Nimbus app in Zapier's directory. In Zapier, use its Webhooks by Zapier trigger, Catch Hook.
  • Webhooks only send. There is no public API to read or change your store; the one public address is the license key check.
  • Up to five addresses per store, https only, and redirects are not followed.

Questions about webhooks

How do I know a message came from you?

Check its Nimbus-Signature header against the secret you were shown when you added the address, and check that its time is recent.

What if the same event arrives twice?

Every event has an ID made from what it is about, and it is sent once however often it is noticed. Keep the IDs you have seen and ignore a repeat, in case a retry crosses a slow answer.

Does Stan have webhooks?

Not according to its help center, read on September 17, 2026.
