What coaches use most
- Calls in their time zoneSet your hours once, in your own time zone; each client sees the free times in theirs, and both of you get the invitation.
- Programs in installmentsTwo to twelve payments: the program opens after the first, and the plan ends by itself after the last.
- A sequence after each saleOn Pro, a few emails in the days after someone buys — what to do first, and when to book the call.
- A monthly groupA membership that hands over the meeting link, which members cancel themselves.
Where it falls short for coaches today
- Calls read your calendar's busy times but write bookings into it only when they use Google Meet: otherwise you subscribe to a feed of them.
- Clients can move their own booking up to twice, but to cancel they reply to the confirmation email, and a refund is yours to make in Stripe.
- No Zoom link is made for you yet: calls happen in a Google Meet made on your connected Google Calendar, on the meeting service whose link you give, or in a Jitsi Meet room made for each booking. Live events in your community work the same way.
Questions coaches ask
Can I sell a package of several calls?
Not as one booking. Each call is booked and paid on its own. A program with a set of calls can be sold as a course or a file, with your instructions for booking inside it.
Where does the video call happen?
In a Google Meet made for each booking once you connect your Google Calendar, on the service whose link you give — Zoom or any other — or in a private Jitsi Meet room made for each booking. The link goes into every invitation.
Can I see who finished the program?
Yes. Your studio shows each student and how many lessons they marked done.
