The short answers

1. 1Can I sign up and sell today?Yes. You take your store address, put what you sell on the page, connect your own Stripe account, and a buyer can pay for it — on your account, with nothing taken on top. Until Stripe clears your account, your page says plainly that it cannot take a payment, so nobody's time is wasted. Taking payments needs the $29 plan, and its first 14 days are free.
2. 2Who holds the money from my sales?You do, in your own Stripe account. We take 0% of your sales and charge only a subscription, paid monthly or yearly.
3. 3What happens if Nimbus Labs closes?Your Stripe account, your customers and your files were never ours. Your list downloads from your studio at any time, and a shutdown comes with at least 30 days' notice in writing.
4. 4Who is behind this?Vinicius Sucupira, an independent builder working in public. Support is in English, in writing.
5. 5Can my store look like mine?Yes. Put up your photo, pick one of four themes and a color — one of ten, or your own — and the studio shows the page before you save it. Every color is checked so the words on your page stay easy to read.
6. 6What do I do if something breaks?You write to support and a person answers. If a sale is affected, you have the Stripe dashboard as the source of truth, independently of us.
