Copy your calendar's private address
Google calls it the secret address in iCal format; Outlook, a published calendar; iCloud, a public calendar. No sign-in and no password.

Paste it in your studio
Up to three. The studio shows which service each one is and when you added it, never the address.

Busy means not offered
Times you are busy there, up to 120 days ahead, drop out of your call times, usually within ten minutes.

- Only busy times are keptNever a title, a guest or a place from your calendar: only when you are busy.
- Your bookings, in your calendarA private address of your own lists every upcoming call and session with who booked it, for Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar to subscribe to.
- Stopped whenever you likeRemove an address in your studio, or reset it in your calendar app, and it stops working. Your own feed's address can be replaced the same way.
- When a calendar stops answeringIts last good reading is used for up to six hours, and your studio says what went wrong.
What it does not do
- It is not a two-way sync. Only calls set to Google Meet are written into your calendar, on a Google Calendar you connect under Video calls; other bookings reach it through the feed you subscribe to, which your calendar app refreshes on its own schedule.
- A new busy time can take about ten minutes to close a slot.
- Up to three calendars, read 120 days ahead.
- Busy times are read only through a private iCal address, not through a Google or Microsoft connection. A calendar that cannot give one cannot be read.

Does Stan do this?
Stan's help center, read on September 26, 2026, lists Google Calendar for its calls. Ours reads Google, Outlook and iCloud calendars by their private address, and writes events only for calls set to Google Meet, on a Google Calendar you connect.
What happens to my calendar's address?
It is stored with your store and used only to read your busy times. Once saved it is never shown again, not even to you. If you are ever unsure, reset it in your calendar app and the old one stops working.
Does it block group calls and live sessions too?
It hides call times you are busy for. Live sessions are on the dates you set yourself, so they are yours to place around your calendar.
